RTC Program Information

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with North Star Palmer Residential Treatment Facility to provide a free and appropriate public education, including but not limited to academic and special education services, as appropriate, for students who reside at North Star.
