The Academic Policy Committee (AMC APC) is a governing body to facilitate the attainment of American Charter Academy goals and objectives. The APC board also ensures the philosophy and guidelines within AMC's charter are fulfilled. The APC oversees the operation of American Charter Academy with the Principal being the final authority over the daily running of the school.  The members of the APC do not receive compensation for their services as members of the committee.  

 

The AMC APC consists eight members:  3 parent or community; 2 staff members; 1 Principal and 2 open seats.
