MSBSD Offers Online Payment for our community through  

SchoolPay is a payment service that allows community members to pay for items online at your convenience. With SchoolPay, there is no need for cash, or sending money with students. Pay online from anywhere, at anytime, on any device via Visa, MasterCard, Discover (or electronic check).

Pay Student fees as a Community Member:

1. Click on “Community Member - Student Fees” link (below) to open the website where you can register or use your User/pass.
2. Attach your student to your profile
3. Choose the desired payment item by clicking “Add to Cart”
4. Complete form fields if applicable, pay online
5. Print a receipt for your records (a receipt will also be emailed if an email address is given during checkout)
6. Unless otherwise specified, merchandise purchased is not shipped.  Bring your printed receipt to the school’s front desk to pick up merchandise.

Public Items for online purchase

1. Click on “District Public Fees” link (below) to open Catalog of district level public fees in SchoolPay
2. Choose the desired payment item by clicking “Add to Cart”
3. Complete form fields if applicable, pay online
4. Print a receipt for your records (a receipt will also be emailed if an email address is given during checkout)
5. Unless otherwise specified, merchandise purchased is not shipped.  Bring your printed receipt to the school’s front desk to pick up merchandise.

MSBSD Staff only items for online purchase

1. Staff members – To view “District Staff Fees”, sign into page by clicking on “Account” in the upper right hand corner of page.  Use AD sign on credentials. 
2. Click on “District Staff Fees” link (below) to open Catalog of district level staff only fees in SchoolPay
3. Choose the desired payment item by clicking “Add to Cart”
4. Complete form fields if applicable, pay online
5. Print a receipt for your records (a receipt will also be emailed if an email address is given during checkout)

Note: You are not required to store payment information to make payment, but it does make it convenient if you will be making multiple payments throughout the year. SchoolPay is PCI-DSS certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
